My methodology for culture reviews is designed to create meaningful and lasting impact

Reviewing culture is especially critical when organisations encounter cultural dilemmas – or worse, a full-blown cultural crisis. While these moments can be confronting, they present a powerful opportunity for growth. By proactively assessing culture during challenging times, organisations can extract invaluable lessons from the crisis, addressing unwanted behaviours and cultural barriers that hinder sustained high performance. A thoughtful, person-centric approach to cultural review not only resolves immediate issues but also reduces the likelihood of recurrence.
